Hello!
Welcome to our web page. You’re here for a reason! Perhaps you’re simply browsing, but maybe it’s more than that. If you’re looking for a warm and winsome community of people who love God, who want to make this world a better place, and are committed to grow spiritually, you may want to visit in person and explore further.
This could be that “longed-for” place where you can meet new people and create new friendships, while pursuing your own spiritual growth. You don’t have to “have all the answers” to be part of the community of faith at Ventura First. You need only have an open heart and open mind to enter our open doors! Yes, “Open Hearts, Open Minds and Open Doors”, that’s the motto of the United Methodist Church.
The mission of our congregation is to invite people to follow Christ, to grow in faith and to serve a community beyond the walls of any church sanctuary. We worship, we study, we pray, we serve and we have fun doing it!
